Gordon sues investment banker/adviser over failed GEM merger

NASCAR Sprint Cup driver/owner Robert (Robby) Gordon is suing McLaren Capital Advisors, Inc.; Matt Doherty looking for relief on the of the $1 million fee in connection with the failed sale of Gordon's NASCAR operating assets to the GEM team. Gordon claims that the failed transaction was fraudulently induced.
