Coulthard to attend all races in 2009
(GMM) David Coulthard has confirmed he will attend every grand prix next year.
After a 15 year career spanning 13 grand prix victories, the 37-year-old Scot is stepping down as race driver after Sunday's Brazilian grand prix.
He is continuing as a team consultant and part-time test driver, and it is strongly rumored he will take up an expert commentating role with Britain's new BBC coverage.
To the Austrian newspaper Kleine Zeitung, Coulthard denied that his impending fatherhood is going to change his lifestyle.
"Not much will change dramatically," he said. "I will still be working with Red Bull, coming to all the races, and driving at tests.
"The main difference is that on Sunday I will be sitting and watching the grands prix rather than being in the car," said Coulthard.
