Domenicali backing for Raikkonen

At the end of a season in which Kimi Raikkonen failed to mount a substantial defense of his world championship, Ferrari team boss Stefano Domenicali has backed the Finn to bounce back in a similar way to Valentino Rossi did in Moto GP.

"I think for sure this year was a difficult year for him," Domenicali said. "But he is happy because we won together as a team. And he is looking forward to starting again, because for sure this is not the one that he knows."

"I already said that a lot of people were talking last season about Valentino Rossi being finished this year, and he has actually done a lot," he added. "So I am expecting the same kind of approach in 2009."
