Brawn praises Senna and Di Grassi
Honda F1 team boss Ross Brawn has said he was pleased with Brazilians Bruno Senna and Lucas di Grassi during this week's test at Circuit de Catalunya. While it was Bruno Senna's debut in Formula 1 it was also the first time for Lucas di Grassi he enjoyed a test for the Honda Formula 1 team.
"In Barcelona we took the opportunity to evaluate the emerging talents of Lucas Di Grassi and Bruno Senna," Brawn said. "Both drivers spent one and a half days in our car which has enabled the team to assess their performance and level of technical skill. Lucas and Bruno have both performed admirably over the course of the week and their evident enthusiasm and commitment has made them a pleasure to work with. We will now take some time to carefully consider our findings from this test before reaching any further conclusions."
Jenson Button joined the duo all three days in Barcelona. The Briton seems to have secured his seat for 2009.
