Tickets to Infineon Raceway Now on Sale for 2009

It's all about access during the 2009 Big O Tires Racing Season at Infineon Raceway. Tickets are now on sale for the 2009 motor-racing season, highlighted by the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, IndyCar Series and AMA motorcycles. It's one of the most comprehensive motor-racing schedules in the country.

In addition to individual event tickets, Infineon Raceway will also offer a variety of ticket packages in 2009, many of which are designed to get race fans closer to the action than ever before. The all-new Platinum Pass will be introduced at NASCAR and driver Kevin Harvick® will be the headliner. The Richard Childress Racing driver, a native of Bakersfield, will be featured in an intimate Q&A session that will include the opportunity to win a personalized replica autographed helmet and diecast car. All Platinum Pass holders will also receive a Pit and Track Pass that allows access to "cold pit" and pre-race festivities, both on Sunday morning. Only 200 of these NASCAR Platinum Passes will be sold.

Additional Platinum Pass packages will be announced for NASCAR, as well as NHRA and IndyCar – stay tuned to www.infineonraceway.com for details. Another NASCAR ticket package, the Raceway Club, will feature a visit by former NASCAR Cup Series champion Kurt Busch.

The raceway will also "Go Green" at NASCAR in 2009 with its Ride the Bus program. For as little as $99, race fans can secure a ticket to the Toyota/Save Mart 350 on Sunday, June 21, as well as a seat on an air-conditioned bus. The raceway lowered the price to $99, hoping race fans would take advantage and decrease the number of cars on area roadways on NASCAR Sunday.

Race fans will also be treated to a great show off the track in 2009 with air shows, autograph sessions, live music, Track Talk with top drivers, charity auctions and more. Parking is always FREE at Infineon Raceway and children 12-and-under are also FREE at select events.

Fans can purchase individual or weekend tickets as well as special ticket packages for all 2009 major events by calling 800-870-RACE, visiting an account representative at Infineon Raceway or by purchasing tickets online at www.infineonraceway.com or www.ticketmaster.com. Camping is also available for all major events.
