‘Trust’ returns to F1 with Red Bull
Both Sebastian and Mark Webber will have the Trust name visible on the chin bar of their helmets in the new year.
Trust provides affordable technology for computers, laptops, Macs and iPods. Technological innovation and motor racing are obvious partners – Trust know this only too well having been involved in motor racing for many years, most recently in GP2 with Trust Team Arden.
Trust's CEO Michel Perridon said: "Trust products use the latest technology and everyone knows that motorsport and technology go hand in hand. We had the chance to get wings by becoming a team partner of Red Bull Racing and we took the opportunity with both hands. There are many positive aspects of joining with Red Bull Racing and through our active association with Formula One, we aim to reach international markets in a dynamic way and let everyone know what Trust stands for."
As well as featuring on the drivers' helmets, Trust will also be visible across the Formula One team's partner branding areas for 2009.
Red Bull Racing Team Principal Christian Horner said, "We are pleased to welcome Trust to Red Bull Racing and look forward to a mutually successful partnership. It is great for the team to enter the 2009 season with a vibrant new partner in Trust and with Formula One providing the perfect platform for Trust to showcase their cutting edge technology, we look forward to an exciting future together."
