Kerkorian sells off the rest of his stake in Ford Motor Co

Billionaire investor Kirk Kerkorian, who began amassing shares of Ford Motor Co. in the spring, eventually amassing a 6.5% stake, has sold all of his remaining shares, a company spokesperson told the Free Press today. In all, Kerkorian’s Tracinda Corp. spent $995 million on 141 million shares of Ford, an average of $7.07 per share.
