TEAC signs on with V8 Supercar team

TEAC, the electronics manufacturer, has signed a two-year deal to become a major sponsor of the Ford Performance Racing V8Supercars team. The company will receive prominent branding space on both the rear spoiler and the front of the team's two cars, driven by Mark Winterbottom and Steve Richards.

V8 Supercar events are held in all states of Australia as well as rounds in New Zealand and Bahrain. It is the most popular motorsport in Australia, and has a large following in New Zealand.

"The audience figures and profile complement that of our target buyer and the event allows us to present our products in a high-tech, high-performance environment, which clearly reflects what we sell," said TEAC senior product and marketing manager, Daniel Seow. "I'm confident we’ll be able to execute some really exciting marketing with this partnership."
