4 less cars for IndyCar opener in St. Pete

UPDATE Darren Manning brings this weekend's car count to 22 now that Ryan Hunter-Reay has been officially confirmed to Vision Racing. Tomas Scheckter had hoped to make it 23, but he said today that his deal with Team 3G will not begin until the second race of the season, April 19 in Long Beach, Calif.
