Philippe tops opening Indy Lights practice
Richard Philippe, just back from Europe where he perfected his wet-weather driving skills, comfortably led opening Firestone Indy Lights practice Friday Morning on a wet St. Petersburg track. It is the first time Philippe is racing Indy Lights cars, which underscores his effort.
Ana Beatriz was second. Stefan Wilson, JR Hildebrand and James Hinchcliffe rounded out the top-5.
