Jaime Camara gives up racing gloves

Dear Friends,

After years of dedication and passion to the racing world, during which I had the chance to learn how to challenge myself, how to deal with others and more importantly I've learned a lot about TIMING, timing on the start, timing on the curves, timing on the finish.

A lot of days went by sleepless, a lot of days thinking if it was the right time, a lot of days of insecurity. But finally I made a decision.

It was the right time, for me, to move on in to a different project, a different stage of my life. The business world. I chose the investment banking world, as a place, where I feel comfortable to grow my business career. Using two precision advices of my father, humbleness and commitment, I believe I will succeed in this new Venture.

I've just joined State Capital, a leading boutique Investment Banking. We advise international clients on several products like M&A, Restructuring, Wealth Management and Investment Management. State Capital has been particularly successful in the last nine years by closing several M&A transactions. The firm is headquartered in Miami, with offices in New York, Chile, Argentina and Brazil (Porto Alegre and Sao Paulo). I would like to thank you all for the continuous friendship and support shown me during these years of racing.

Best Regards
Jaime Camara
