Evening F1 ratings up 300%
According to Bernie Ecclestone the television figures during the evening races in 2009 have increased up to 3 times in comparison to last year. This of course doesn't help the drivers, which were complaining about the lack of visibility during the afternoon events, since the FOM is in hot pursuit of the ever increasing European audience.
"All our TV figures up to now have been up 300 per cent. We have been getting more than 50 per cent of the market share," 'The Independent' quoted FOM boss Bernie Ecclestone as saying.
