All-Star race TV Rating

Speed says its coverage of Saturday night’s NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race at Lowe’s Motor Speedway earned a final Nielsen Media Research rating of 3.7, basically matching the figure reported for the 2008 event.

The cable network says the race was viewed by 2.691 million households, down fractionally from the 2.701 million that viewed the event in 2008. Those figures translate to a 3.68 rating this year, down from 3.74 in 2008.
