Schu contract talks to take place at Monza
It was believed that the 40-year-old German had agreed to remain with the Maranello based team as an advisor beyond 2009 at the same time as he decided to return to formula one to replace the injured Felipe Massa.
But those contract talks have not yet happened, according to his manager Willi Weber, who told the newspaper Abendzeitung that they will probably commence behind the scenes at the Italian grand prix later this month.
"At the race in Monza something will happen," he said, referring to the negotiations about Schumacher's consultancy contract.
Weber also said Schumacher is keen to test Ferrari's formula one car at some point later this year, but that the Italian team knows the seven time world champion's roles must fit with his desire to spend more time with his family.
