Indy fans welcome to watch Grand-Am test

09/02/09 Fans can watch the Grand-Am Road Racing sports car test Thursday, Sept. 3 from two locations at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the Turn 2 Viewing Mounds and South Terrace Grandstands, both adjacent to the IMS Hall of Fame Museum.
Admission is free. All fans should enter Gate 2 (main gate) to access these viewing areas.
The first official sports car test at IMS will take place from 10 a.m.-noon (ET) and 1-3 p.m. on the road course. Five Daytona Prototypes and four GT class cars will test.
There will be no public access to the garage area during this test.
