Audi R8 Blows its Top

The secret is out – official pictures of the Audi R8 Spyder leaked ahead of Frankfurt debut. What you see here are official pictures of the Audi R8 Spyder, which have leaked onto the internet prior to the car’s debut at Frankfurt next week.

As is often the case with leaked pictures, there is no official information at present but it’s probably safe to assume that the open-top will be offered with the current V8 and V10 petrol engines. What is apparent though, is that Audi has gone with the soft-top format to keep weight to a minimum.
