Gilliland to attempt 3 races for Joe Gibbs Racing

Joe Gibbs Racing announced Tuesday that David Gilliland will drive the organization's No. 02 Farm Bureau Insurance-sponsored Toyota on three NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race weekends.

Gilliland will attempt to make the field for the races at Lowe's Motor Speedway (Oct. 17), Texas Motor Speedway (Nov. 8) and Homestead-Miami Speedway (Nov. 22).
