Glock hits the track with the Virgin VR-01

One a very cold Silverstone day, Timo Glock gave the new Virgin VR-01 Formula One car a shakedown.

The former Toyota driver hit the track in the well-turned out red-and-black racer after it's web-unveiling on the team's Web site on Wednesday, was severely flubbed.

The German and his rookie teammate, Lucas di Grassi, will sort the car out all day Friday before joining the other teams at the F1 group test at Spain's Jerez circuit on Feb. 10.
