USF1 Shop For Sale

UPDATE The tenant, USF1, will transfer to whoever buys the building, i.e. the lease is part of the sale and is legally required to transfer to any new owner.

“USF1 has a long term lease on the building so there are no worries there," a spokesperson for the team revealed. “It is absolutely USF1’s intention to compete this season."

According to the sales brochure, USF1 has already spent more than $600,000 on renovations since moving into the property last year and has a five year lease.
