Valsecchi clinches GP2 Asia title

Davide Valsecchi clinched the GP2 Asia title today by charging to victory in the Bahrain feature race.

The iSport driver passed Arden's Javier Villa and Meritus' Luca Filippi late in the race to claim his third victory in five rounds.

With Valsecchi's nearest rival and teammate Oliver Turvey delayed in the pits and unable to score, the win gave Valsecchi an insurmountable points lead.

Note: Alexander Rossi drove fastest lap during today's race, proving he has the speed to be the USA's next F1 driver, he just need more experience as he is very young.
