ISC promotes two in Kansas
As KSDC president, Boerger, 45, will oversee ISC’s interests in the partnership that will develop the Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway. KSDC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ISC and 50 percent partner with Penn Hollywood Kansas, Inc., a subsidiary of Penn National Gaming, Inc. (NASDAQ Global Select Market: PENN), in the Kansas Entertainment, LLC, joint venture. Boerger will work with Penn National management on matters ranging from design and construction to integrating marketing and operations with Kansas Speedway. He will also manage all aspects of state and local public affairs for Kansas Speedway and the casino project. Boerger will report to ISC Vice President of Corporate Development Brian Wilson.
As president of Kansas Speedway, Warren, 41, will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of the facility’s operations including financial and capital planning, ticket sales, event execution, sponsorship sales, marketing and public relations. He will also represent Kansas Speedway within the industry and community, continually elevating the facility’s profile both regionally and nationally. Warren joined Kansas Speedway in 2006 and most recently served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales, responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, developing all corporate partnerships, and overseeing the development and execution of media relations plans for the speedway and its events. Warren will report to ISC Vice President of Business Operations Joie Chitwood III.

Boerger served as the first president of Kansas Speedway, joining the Company in 1998 from the Kansas City Area Development Council where he served as vice president of business development. While there from 1994 to 1998, Boerger worked on bringing companies to the area including Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s assembly plant near Kansas City International Airport.
Warren joined Kansas Speedway from Embarq, a spin-off of Kansas-based Sprint-Nextel, where he worked in consumer marketing. Prior to that, he was an associate athletics director at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kan.
