Vettel fastest in final practice in Turkey
Sebastian Vettel turned the fastest time in his Red Bull-Renault in final practice in Istanbul for Sunday's Turkish GP.
McLaren's Lewis Hamilton was poised to be on top despite a wild mid-session spin, but after exploring the Turn 8 run-off Vettel regrouped and set a 1m27.086s – putting him nearly 0.3 seconds clear of the field.
Nico Rosberg jumped to second for Mercedes moments later, leaving Hamilton third.
