Dixon jumps to top in 2nd IndyCar practice

Ganassi Racing's Scott Dixon, a previous winner here at Infineon Raceway, turned the fastest lap in Saturday morning practice in his Ganassi Dallara-Honda. His time of 1m17.4312s was 3/10ths faster than Penske Racing's Helio Castroneves.

Dixon's Ganassi teammate Dario Franchitti was third quick. Alex Tagliani and championship point leader Will Power rounded out the top-5.
