Just Marketing Exec hit with nasty lawsuit
The 40-year-old blond beauty's suit says only that she started a "personal relationship" with the Indiana motorsports marketing big wheel in January 2008.
Church didn't take the end of the relationship well, the suit says, reacting with "Fatal Attraction"-type stalker tactics that included trying to contact Kaupp's parents, husband and baby-sitter in a twisted attempt to stay in her life.
On Aug. 19, the suit says, he "abusively and excessively" texted, emailed and phoned her about 110 times before noon. He then called and hung up 29 times that same day. The threats have made Kaupp's husband and kids "fear for their safety."
"Church has intentionally, willfully, and knowingly stalked, threatened, coerced, menaced, harassed and otherwise acted in an outrageous, abusive and socially unacceptable manner toward Kaupp," the suit says.
Church did not return calls made to Just Marketing International, where he is an executive vice president who works with clients such as NASCAR and the Indy Racing League.
The Zionsville, Ind., firm is also targeted in the suit, since Church allegedly used the company's email and mobile devices to torment the Long Island mother.
Church's stalking has had a sickening effect, the suit says, forcing Kaupp to undergo counseling, suffer sleepless nights and fear for the safety of her husband and kids.
A lawyer for Kaupp declined to comment.
Church is accused of "threatening to expose" his relationship with Kaupp to her husband and Condé Nast co-workers.
He also allegedly sent Kaupp obscene e-mails and signed her up for filthy websites.
Kaupp is seeking a restraining order against Church and to have Just Marketing International put an end to his vile tactics.
