Scott Speed panned
A reader writes, Dear Ar1.com, In these financially trying times does it really make sense for a driver to bite the hand that feeds them? I have a hard time thinking that Scott Speed (see article) is looking at a long term racing future with this lawsuit and is focused on the immediate future. Does he not realize that biting this hand will undoubtedly keep some future hands from reaching out now they know they might get bit?
I'm a firm believer that the further you are from P1 the more often you have your hat in your hand but it doesn't seem to me he shares my sentiments. Does this situation say something about his talent as a driver? In my eyes it is get on with it or get out of the way. Mark Bartlett
