Massa finalizes seating position for new Ferrari
Felipe Massa was at Ferrari headquarters in Maranello at the beginning of this week, with the Brazilian engaging in a variety of pre-season activities before completing work for his seating position in 2011’s car.
Monday saw the 2008 championship runner-up taking to the team’s simulator, also meeting with Technical Director Aldo Costa and Chief Designer Nikolas Tombazis in order to be brought up to date with latest technical developments.
Massa spent much of Tuesday in the factory’s Assembly Area in order to, as well as working with engineers, confirm his seating position in the cockpit.
This followed a series of long discussions with Rob Smedley, Race Engineer since the Paulista joined Ferrari at the start of 2006.
