Hans -Jorg Fischer Appointed as a New Executive Consultant of Moscow Raceway

Starting from April 2011 Hans-Jorg Fischer joined the Moscow Raceway team as a new Executive Consultant. Mr. Fischer joined the Moscow Raceway team as new Executive Consultant on March 27, 2011.
In his position Mr. Fisher will focus on preparing the operation side of the new circuit project, which is located 77 km to the west of Moscow. Among his primary tasks will be to set up the management team and to market the first season in 2012.
Hans -Jorg Fischer graduated from the University of Mannheim, Germany, Business Economics, in 1995 with honors.
From 1995 to 1999 he was the Head of Marketing and PR department of Germany’s famous Nürburgring Circuit which holds some phases of Formula One races.
From 1999 to 2003 he was a Managing Director of Europe`s unique project EuroSpeedway Lausitz, Germany.
In 2004 Hans -Jörg Fischer formed EuroSpeedway Lausitz GmbH to long-term lease EuroSpeedway Lausitz. Together with his partner he ran the circuit successfully until the end of 2008. He organized far more than 150 national and international races and events, including IndyCar Series, Motorbike World Championships, DTM, Open Air Festivals.
From 2009 until 2010 he gave advise to the new international circuit projects, among them Viking Motor Park, Sweden.
Hans -Jörg Fischer has more than 15 years of experience in managing motorsport circuits as well as organizing large international events.
