Bernard gets Dirt Track ride

Yesterday a PR event was held at the Indy Fairgrounds to help promote the Hoosier 100 and the ticket deal for the two events (Hoosier 100 and Indy 500) that the Speedway has done. They had Jack Hewitt's 2-seat Dirt Sprint car, the 2-seat Indy Car and Kenny Schrader's dirt modified.

Hewitt gave Scheckter a ride in the dirt car, Clausen gave Randy Bernard a ride in the dirt car, Schrader drove his car around and then let Scheckter drive the Modified and then they did a drive around with all three cars out side-by-side.

Both Randy and Tomas have a new appreciation for the dirt drivers – both had goo goo eyes and big smiles when they came in from the rides.
