Eric Boullier: “I believe in Ho-Pin Tung”

Now that Tung has moved to IndyCar is F1 trying to get him back to help their failing Chinese GP?

After difficult year in GP2 and an injury to his back, Ho-Pin Tung joined the United States to try to re-launch its career. For Eric Boullier, the young driver has a lot of talent and deserves a second chance.

Ho-Pin Tung who is a member of drivers accompanied by Gravity Management, the company managed by Eric Boullier, gets at present ready to compete for Indy 500. This American stage is a new start for the Chinese driver of the LRGP Academy.

"Ho-Pin had no happy year in GP2 and his back injury contributed to that. But we believe in him. His nationality is certainly interesting, but it is not the only thing. He has the talent. We try at present to restore his career. His participation in the Indy 500 seems to be a good stage for him," explained Eric Boullier to the site FormuleMagazine1.nl.
