ABC Earns 4.3 Overnight For Indy 500; Fox gets 4.0 For NASCAR
ABC earned a 4.3 overnight Nielsen rating for Sunday afternoon’s Indianapolis 500 from 12:00-3:45pm ET, up 7.5% from a 4.0 overnight for the race last year. Indianapolis (14.5) and Dayton (10.3) topped all U.S. metered markets for the telecast. The IndyCar telecast topped the 4.0 overnight earned by Fox for Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Coca-Cola 600 from 6:30-11:00pm. Fox’ rating was flat compared to the same race last year. THE DAILY
