Although Target Chip Ganassi's Scott Dixon qualified 23rd in Iowa Friday, it’s interesting to note the only other time he’s ever qualified 23rd in his Indy car career (178 starts) was at Nazareth Speedway in 2001 where he went on to lead 36 laps to win the race – the first victory of his career.
