NASCAR today will unveil the '12 Sprint Cup Series schedule via its social media and digital outlets. The schedule will first appear on NASCAR.com, followed by a Twitter Q&A session from noon-1:00pm ET involving the official NASCAR feed (@NASCAR) and Senior VP/Racing Operations Steve O'Donnell (@odsteve) (NASCAR).

Details of the schedule have "been trickling out." There "don't seem to be any big surprises, but a notable omission has been the Kentucky date." Still, it is "clear the speedway will continue to host Cup races"
