Chase for NASCAR Sprint Cup Continues at Kansas Speedway
The NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series will be at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kan., this weekend and both races, as well as selected practice and qualifying sessions, will appear on ESPN networks. Sunday’s 400-mile NASCAR Sprint Cup race will be the fourth race in the 10-race Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. All NASCAR programming on ESPN is also available on computers, smartphones and tablets with the WatchESPN app and WatchESPN.com.

NASCAR Now Schedule
ESPN2’s daily NASCAR news and information program NASCAR Now will have two programs on Friday, Oct. 7, airing around ESPN’s coverage of NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series practice that day at Kansas Speedway. There also will be two editions on Sunday, Oct. 9, airing before and after that day’s NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Kansas. Reporting from the track in Kansas will be Shannon Spake and Terry Blount. On the day after the race, Monday, Oct. 10, NASCAR Now’s weekly roundtable discussion program will air at 2:30 p.m. with NASCAR driver Ken Schrader joining ESPN NASCAR analyst Ricky Craven and ESPN.com motorsports writer Ed Hinton as panelists with host Allen Bestwick.

While the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series has the weekend off, drag racing fans can watch 60 minutes of action featuring the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series on Sunday, Oct. 9, at 3 p.m. on ESPN2. Highlights from the most recent event at Reading, Pa., will be featured in the program.
