Abu Dhabi GP: Button tops opening practice

McLaren's Jenson Button turned the fastest lap in opening practice for Sunday's penultimate round of the 2011 F1 season in Abu Dhabi. His time was 1m40.263s.

Mark Webber split the McLarens with his final hot lap of the session. Lewis Hamilton was third in the 2nd McLaren and the trio are covered by just 0.140s.

Sebastian Vettel was fourth and Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa were 5th and 6th for Ferrari.

Adrian Sutil was seventh in the Force India, with Nico Rosberg eighth for Mercedes, Paul di Resta ninth and Jamie Alguersuari rounded out the top 10.
