AIRAID and Nitto Tires USTCC Announce Partnership for 2012

IRAID Filter Company will support the Nitto Tires United States Touring Car Championship (USTCC) racing teams by providing the AIRAID Breath Taking Award. The most breath taking move in the race shall earn a free AIRAID Performance Intake system.

The AIRAID Filter Company was founded in 1997 when it began developing and manufacturing air intake systems for light trucks and SUVs, utilizing the cotton-gauze filter technology that was available at the time. The original AIRAID Intake System combined an open-element filter with an intake tube to make an easy-to install air intake kit that dramatically increased air flow, improved performance and generated more horsepower and torque.

The USTCC is a professional road racing series comprising of late model sport compact sedans such as BMW 3 series, Mazdaspeed 3, Hyundai Genesis Coupe, Honda Civic and others. The championship is sanctioned by the National Auto Sport Association (www.nasaproracing.com). The cars use slightly modified engines and highly modified suspensions with aerodynamic ground effects and sticky Nitto race tires.
