Just call him 'Willie P'

Since he came over from Champ Car, Will Power has been consistently the fastest driver in the series on road and street circuits. Today was no different at Barber.

Well it appears Power has the respect of the other drivers, and affectionately they have come up with a new nickname for him.

Marco Andretti was sixth quickest in the first afternoon practice session Friday, and followed up by turning the fifth quickest lap of the second session, run under a steady rain shower.

"The new car (the Dallara DW12 chassis) really has a lot of grip in the wet. I think the braking was really good in those (wet) conditions. I think we have a chance to be in the top-five tomorrow (in qualifying) whether it's rain or shine. If you looked at the first session, we still have a few tenths (of a second) to make up on Willie P (Will Power), but we're going to get the most we can."
