More rain expected in China and Long Beach
04/10/12 The F1 teams have once again been greeted by heavy rain as they arrived in China ahead of this weekend's Grand Prix.
Whilst the rain is expected to ease as the week progresses, there could still be showers around come qualifying on Saturday, although they are not expected to be as intense as they have been during the early part of the week.
The temperature will also nose dive when Practice begins on Friday – which could have a huge influence on tire wear.
Meanwhile in Long Beach, where it seldom rains in April, the forecast calls for an 50% chance of rain on Friday and a high of only 55 degrees, a 20% chance of rain on Saturday and again cool with a high of 59 degrees. Race day should be better, 67 degrees and sunny.
