Danica turns 30

Danica Patrick hasn’t had a great start to her first full season in NASCAR, but if you think she spent the past two off-weeks brooding about it, think again.

She has had some big things going on since her 35th-place finish March 24 at Auto Club Speedway in California. Patrick turned 30 the next day.

“I’m OK with 30, I really am," the former IndyCar star/celebrity said Thursday at Texas Motor Speedway. “Most of the people around me are older, so I’ll always be the youngest. So I feel pretty good about that."
