Frank McGrath has joined INDYCAR as an engine support engineer. A former associate with Honda Performance Development, McGrath also built Toyota Atlantic engines for Quicksilver RacEngines and was the senior engine builder and oversaw the BMW street performance program at Dinan Engineering.
