NASCAR backtracks on 2013 car

After the disastrous 2013-car Texas test last week, NASCAR has done a complete u-turn and given back all of the downforce they removed for next week's 2013-car Kansas test. Apparently, NASCAR has no clue what they're doing with the new cars and the various body styles. If they don't get this right watch the in-fighting between manufacturers begin.
