United Fiber & Data joins forces with Andretti Autosport
Andretti Autosport's sponsor portfolio is expanding further into the technology world with the addition of United Fiber & Data as an official team sponsor for the 2013 IZOD IndyCar Series season. The new tech company, founded by three members of the multi-platinum rock band LIVE and their Think Loud Development company, will be featured on the No. 25 Chevrolet driven by IndyCar veteran Marco Andretti.
"United Fiber & Data is a rapidly growing technology company with hometown values," said Doug Bresnahan, Vice President of Marketing Partnerships for Andretti Autosport. "Speed, reliability, performance and innovation are all common attributes we share. With the Andrettis and members of Think Loud Development having roots in Pennsylvania, this partnership is a natural fit for a new age of innovation. We are excited to have United Fiber & Data join our family of corporate partners and look forward to helping them grow their business across key sectors."
Based in York, Penn., United Fiber & Data offers a complete suite of all-fiber networking and broadband solutions and will also serve as a major associate sponsor of the No. 25 machine for the Grand Prix of Baltimore and the Pocono IndyCar 400.
"One thing I've heard Michael Andretti say over and over again is 'Settling for second place is not an option'. My partners and I share that same philosophy," said United Fiber & Data director and founder Bill Hynes, "and we've built that into United Fiber & Data's founding principles from the start. We are extremely proud to announce our partnership as an Official Sponsor of Andretti Autosport. We share core values, dedication to our teams and the relentless dedication being number one."
United Fiber & Data will feature a 400-mile fiber optic line running between New York and Virginia and will operate out of our different data centers across Pennsylvania (Allentown, Lancaster, Reading and York). This data centers will bring a wide range of positions that average $50,000 annually. That computes to a great investment into the community with roughly $5 million of total income for local workers.
