NASCAR Phoenix Nationwide TV rating

ESPN2’s live telecast of the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Phoenix International Raceway on Saturday, March 2, was the No. 2 sports event of the weekend on cable TV with an average audience of 2.5 million people.

The telecast earned a 1.6 household coverage rating (1.4 U.S. rating), slightly down from a 1.7 rating for last year’s race but up from a 1.5 for the 2011 race.
