Pocono IndyCar TV rating (2nd Update)

UPDATE #2 The final TV rating for the July 7th IndyCar Pocono 400 on ABC was a 0.9, down from the 1.1 overnight.

07/08/13 The July 7 telecast tied the June 8 primetime race from Texas Motor Speedway as the network's highest-rated race outside of the Indianapolis 500 this season.

Indianapolis led all markets with a 4.6 rating, followed by Richmond, Va. (2.6), Nashville, Tenn. (2.5) Atlanta (2.3) and Tulsa, Okla. (2.1).

07/08/13 ABC earned a 1.1 overnight TV rating for the Izod IndyCar Series’ first race at Pocono Raceway in 24 years on Sunday afternoon. That equates to about 1.25 million households.
