Mid-Ohio Tristan Vautier update

We caught up with Tristan after he returned to his paddock after a fiery crash in early morning practice. Tristan informed us that he first heard “metal sounds", and was trying to park the car. “For some reason" he said, the throttle stuck, and off into the wet grass and tires he went.

The car didn’t look “that bad “when it was towed in, but the team had a fresh engine out by that time. The do have a road-race backup car sitting on the ramp of the hauler too.
