SFP Supporting Kansas Grand-Am Race

Kansas Speedway and Leawood, Kan.-based SFP announced today a partnership for Kansas Speedway’s inaugural GRAND-AM Road Racing weekend, the newly titled SFP Grand Prix. The SFP Grand Prix is scheduled for Aug. 16-17.

“I’m excited that our partnership with SFP has continued to grow and to have a Kansas-based company supporting our inaugural Grand-Am race is great," said Kansas Speedway President Patrick Warren. “I look forward to our continued partnership with SFP."

“We are honored to be collaborating with the Kansas Speedway for this introductory race," said Jake Sanders, SFP executive vice president. “As part of the event, SFP and the speedway will be working in conjunction with various agricultural organizations and supporting Harvesters—The Community Food Network, in an effort to help feed hungry children in and around Kansas City. This initiative is all part of a mission SFP strongly supports – helping farmers produce a healthy and plentiful crop and working to put food in the mouths of those who need it most."

SFP currently sponsors the SFP 250 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Kansas Speedway, a partnership that began in 2012.

SFP helps today’s growers maximize fertilizer efficiency for a higher return on their fertilizer investment — and stronger, healthier crops. By developing innovative solutions in the lab and proving them in the field, the company creates real-world results that are economically and environmentally beneficial.
