Mansell celebrated on Jersey stamps
They aim to is to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of Mansell being the only driver to simultaneously hold the Formula One and The CART IndyCar World Championships.
The issue, entitled Nigel Mansell – Legacy of a Formula One Champion, includes stamps which depict key moments in the former world champions illustrious motor racing career, en-route to becoming the most successful British Formula One driver of all time.
Jersey Post will be donating a percentage of the first years sales of the issue to help secure the future of St Brelades Youth Club, a local initiative supported by Nigel Mansell.
The stamps were created with the help of Nigel Mansell himself, who said: "I am tremendously excited about the launch of these new stamps, another great piece of history being documented".
