Bourdais Leads Daytona Night Practice

With half of Saturday’s Rolex 24 At Daytona taking place at night, TUDOR United SportsCar Championship teams were given the opportunity to practice under the lights on Thursday evening.
Sebastian Bourdais led the 90-minute session with a lap of 1:38.964 in the No. 5 Action Express Racing Corvette DP, followed by Michael Valiante in the No. 90 Spirit of Daytona Corvette DP, 1:39.883.
Rob Bell led GTLM with a lap of 1:44.992 in the No. 93 SRT Motorsports Viper GTS-R, followed by Gimmi Bruni in the No. 62 Risi Competizione Ferrari F458 Italia. It was a bittersweet session for Risi Competizione, after missing qualifying with an electrical problem.
Sam Bird was fastest in PC with a lap of 1:42.632 in the No. 8 Starworks Motorsport FLM09, while Alessandro Pier Guidi led GTD with a lap of 1:47.259 in the No. 555 Level 5 Motorsports Ferrari F458 Italia.
