IndyCar sound vs. New F1 sound

Both are turbocharged V6 engines. IndyCar has no clue how to play in the international arena. If they did, how many F1 race promoters would now ditch F1 for an IndyCar race in a heartbeat given the sound of the new F1 engines. And imagine if IndyCar had gone with screaming V10 or V12 engines as recommended years ago. Given how strong CART was before Tony George destroyed it, and given screaming engines, it would be game, set and match at this point.
