MotoGP Increases Worldwide Television Coverage For 2014 Season

Dorna Sports announced that MotoGP has increased its worldwide TV coverage to 83 networks for this season. In the U.K., BT Sport will be showing live coverage of the championship over all platforms each Grand Prix weekend. ITV4 will also be broadcasting an hour-long program at 8pm local time on the Monday after each GP weekend. In Italy, new broadcaster Sky Italia has launched a MotoGP channel that will air live from Thursday through Sunday evening. Spain will see a similar model this year. Movistar TV will launch a new MotoGP channel, the 18 Grand Prix, from Thursday through Sunday night. Australian viewers will see Fox Sports Australia return to MotoGP in the '14 season, together with Ten Network in a deal that combines pay- and free-TV.
