Petra Stunt, the daughter of billionaire Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone, is reportedly selling the largest home in Los Angeles.
Three years after spending $85 million on a palatial French chateau-style mansion she is inviting offers of $150 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.
If the full asking price is achieved, the 56,500 sq ft residence, which is bigger than the White House, is likely to be the most expensive ever sold in the US.
Mrs. Stunt, 25, bought The Manor, not far from Rodeo Drive, for $85 million in 2011. At the time, she told the Telegraph it was "quite cozy," adding: "We got a good deal."
She invested millions of dollars more, bringing in a team of 500 workers for a long refurbishment.
The 14-bedroom home has more than 100 rooms in total, including 27 bathrooms, and parking for 100 cars, and is located on what used to be Bing Crosby's estate.

Mrs. Stunt, who is married to businessman James Stunt, bought it from Candy Spelling, the widow of Hollywood producer Aaron Spelling, who created television shows including Dynasty, Starsky and Hutch, Charlie's Angels and Beverly Hills 90210.
The property featured a barbershop, a flower-cutting room, an orchard, and the 'Prince Charles suite', where the heir to the British throne once stayed.
In May, hedge fund founder Barry Rosenstein reportedly paid $147 million for a beachfront home in East Hampton, New York, which is believed to be the current most expensive home sale in the US.
According to celebrity news website TMZ, Mrs. Stunt is intending to move back to London.
She owns another 14-bedroom, $100 million home, Sloane House, in Chelsea, where she also spent tens of millions on improvements.
Earlier this month builder Paul Fleury was jailed for nine months in London after breaching a court order freezing his assets while he was investigated on suspicion of pilfering from the project. Telegraph
